Müşteri memnuniyeti anlamında cok yetersiz

Aslında sıfır vermek isterdim ama maalesef ki sıfır seçeneği yok. Ben ömrümde hayatımda böyle rezil bir yer görmedim. Hotels.com üzerinden araştırma yaptım ve resimlere bakarak tatil rezervasyonu yapacaktım. Fakat onaylamadan önce telefonla oteli aradım bir kaç defa ve detayları iyice öğrenmek istedim. Bana 4yetişkin ve 3 cocuk icin apart daire vereceklerini ve bunun icinde kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği dahil denildi. Ertesi günü tekrar aradığımda başka bir çalışan aynısını söyleyince dedim demek ki söylenilen doğru ve rezervasyonu internet üzerinden onayladım. 5 gece icin 2000 tl para ödedim. Mayıs ayından rezervasyon tarihine kadar ara ara irtibata geçtim otelle. Neyse ki tatil günü geldi ve biz otele gittik. Check in yaptırdık be bir bayan çalışan bizi apart daireye götürdü fakat kendisi bize iceriye girmeden burası sizin diyip kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği saatini söyleyip gitti. Daireye girer girmez resmen şok geçirdik. Rutubet kokusu ve eski eşyalarının kokusu mahvetti bizi. Daireyi gezdikçe şok üstüne şok yaşadık. Dolaplar dökülüyor koltuklar pislik icinde. Banyo banyo denilecek durumda değil. Hijyen sıfır. Neyse cıktık ve resepsiyona gittik be başka oda istediğimizi belirttik bakmamız lazım falan dediler sonra ortaya birden bizim rezervasyonumuzda kahvaltı be akşam yemeği olmadığı söylenildi. Hakan mıdır nedir. Ben böyle bir insan görmedim. Ben müşteriyim ve resmen orda beni yalancı duruma düşürmeye çalıştı ve söylediğim herşeyin üstüne çıkmaya çalıştı. Nerde müşteri memnuniye
