"Even having no reception, (due to my arrival times)everything was very smooth, travelling solo, the parking felt secure. Rooms well equipped, extremely quiet, dark at night time, no street lights keeping room lit, modern and clean "

"Very clean and comfortable. Right next to train station to CBD and short walk to beach and shops. Not easy to find untimed parking nearby unless had pre booked parking on site. "

"Loved the convenience for a nearby function we were attending. Receptionist was super friendly and informative. The room was comfortable and perfect for our short stay. Rooms are above the restaurant and bar and slightly noisy with people coming and going but very quiet once the venues closed for the night. "

"The hotel room was clean, had basic amenities and lovely music playing when we arrived. I found the pillows to be a little too low/soft, too high with 2 pillows, it was otherwise great. the carpet in the hallway could do with a re pull as it has bumps all over and could be a tripping hazard. This was not the case on other floors so they coud be updating the carpet. "

"Little bit isolated - hard to get food in the area unless you get in the car . Very comfortable and quite spacious. No pubs nearby. Very close to Kingston Heath !! "
