"Quiet property off the beaten path. Beds were comfortable. Loved the 1st and 2nd floor porches with ample, comfortable seating. The upstairs shower didn’t work so we all had to use one bathroom for showers. The ping pong area could use some sprucing up."

"Property Owner never responded to our emaill or calls from at least 3 Expedia employees:agents so we could receive the code to enter the property. We arrived in the city 9:30 pm with 5 children and had to be given new accommodations that did not work out. The hotel rooms were just NATSY!!! Unclean unhealthy, debris blowing out of the ac/heating units that were visible on the white covers on the beds. Some of the rooms had urine on the side of the toilets and the smell was not pleasant. "The inside of the house is organized. The carpet and rugs have a lot of animal hair which kept sticking to our clothing. We have people who are allergic to cats and dogs so this was an issue for us. There was a broken floor board in one of the rooms and a nail sticking out too. We saw cockroaches in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable and there was sufficient supply of towels. The location of the property is within a reasonable distance to all touristy stuff. "

"This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. "

"Nolic quiet area. The house was very spacious. I didn't realize kitchen was upstairs. Mostly stayed downstairs and put younger couple upstairs. "
