Ein gutes familiengeführtes Hotel und, schön ruhig - soweit man im neuen 2. Walsers ist. Hier sind wir derweil mindestens 10x eingekehrt. Das alte Haus können wir nicht beurteilen. Wenn es einen Nachteil im neuen 2. Walser gibt, dann den, dass man zum Frühstück ins alte Walser laufen muss. Dass sind vielleicht 150 Meter. Service, Komfort und Sauberkeit sind in Ordnung, da gibts nichts zu meckern. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und ausreichend. Allerdings haben wir auf unseren Reisen auch schon ähnlich aufgestellte Hotels mit deutlich besser ausgestattete Frühstücks-Buffets erlebt. Interessant sind die mitunter eklatanten Preisunterschiede zwischen einer Direktbuchung (aktuell DZ 145€) und in unserem Fall über das Portal von Hotels.com (rund 117€). Genauso haben wir das früher auch bei einem anderen großen Buchungsportal erlebt. Wir empfehlen preisbewussten Interessenten daher die Buchung über gängige Portale zu prüfen. Das Restaurant im (1. Walser) ist hervorragend, jedoch hochpreisig. Das ist zweifelsfrei der nahen Schweiz zu verdanken, wo noch ganz andere Preise in Restaurants aufgerufen werden.

Insomma. Non credo tornerò.

Il personale parla solo tedesco. Poco incline alla comunicazione/collaborazione. Ci sono 2 strutture separate e non si capisce a quale ci debba rivolgere. Nella struttura meno recente, camere ampie, pulite e confortevoli. Colazione semplice, non molto varia. Ristorante non disponibile. La struttura è davanti alla stazione dei treni. Si sente un po' di rumore la notte.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit hervorragendem Restaurant

Wir hatten das Hotel für einen Zwischenaufenthalt gebucht. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll. Da in dem von uns gebuchten Zimmer der Fernseher defekt war, wurde uns freundlicherweise vom Chef ein anderes Zimmer angeboten; dieses war zwar kleiner und hatte weniger Komfort als das gebuchte Zimmer, wir waren aber zufrieden. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sehr positiv aufgenommen, dass die geltenden Coronaregeln beachtet wurden. Bemerkenswert gut ist das hauseigene Restaurant; die Auswahl der Gerichte ist wohltuend überschaubar und doch vielfältig; das von uns gewählte Menü war optisch und qualitativ hervorragend, Ambiente und Service ließen keine Wünsche offen, der empfehlende regionale Wein gefiel uns sehr. Ein kleiner Ausgleich für unseren Umzug in das kleinere Zimmer, etwa in Form eines kostenfreien Aperitifs hätte uns sehr gefallen. Das ändert aber nichts daran, dass wir das Haus mit "hervorragend" beurteilen und bei passender Gelegenheit wiederkommen werden.

Super plek voor tussenovernachting

We hebben dit hotel voor het tweede jaar op rij als tussenovernachting gebruikt, uitstekende plek. Kregen een kamer in het nieuwe bijgebouw ivm renovatie hoofdgebouw, die erg mooi en modern was. Uitstekend geregeld!

Tophotel voor doorreis

Fantastische plek voor doorreis naar Italië. Mooie, ruime kamer met goede voorzieningen. Heel vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk gegeten (entrecote was vooral goed) in de tuin. Top!

Agréable séjour dans cet établissement proche de la gare . En deux parties cet hôtel possède de belles chambres confortables et modernes . Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet , c’est varié et copieux. A noter aussi le restaurant très agréable en terrasse sous les arbres.

Kurzaufenthalt im Walsers durchweg positiv! Top sauber, großzügiges Zimmer, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Lediglich Temperaturregelegung via Klimaanlage mit etwas Verzögerung möglich! Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker, schönes Ambiente, wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Excellent ideal as pet friendly lower room and it’s access to the garden . Restaurant food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was really good with excellent selection.
