"We loved the hotel! We stayed as a family of four and everyone loved it. The staff was very friendly and kind the room was very clean way bigger than we expected. We arrived at midnight and they found us a way to get into the room. We woke up late and they still offered us food and helped us get breakfast. Would definitely recommend and I would stay again!"

"Stayed one night at the weekend as a family of four. Bedroom was only made up for two people so we had to ask for someone to come and make up the sofa bed for us. They did this within half an hour which was good. Later we realized we only had two towels though as well, but couldn't be bothered to go back down and ask for more!

Although they moved us to a new room, the sockets in that room didn’t work, except for one in the corridor. My parents used an extension cord to charge their phones and connect their CPAP machines.
