"The breakfast was incredible and the shuttles were very convenient and easy to manage. We also used the luggage storage as we were staying at this hotel a few times in between countries which was very helpful. When we checked in, we were informed that instead of the queen bed we booked, there was an issue with the system so we would have to use two twin beds instead. We also were abruptly awoken at 8am to loud construction in the corridor next to our room and greeted with unidentified...

"Great welcome from front of house on a very hot day. Easy dining options - either buffet style or a la carte. Super friendly staff who gave us clear advice on airport transfers. Reception is staffed 24 hours Early breakfast is laid on from 4.15 a.m. for those with transfers at silly o'clock in the morning and the shuttle bus is door to door 10/10 team Best Western, hope to stay with you again"

"We travelled June 25-29. It was hot! The room doesn’t have air conditioning. We were given a fan and instructed to open the window, but we need a key to wide open it. I have to complain at 1am feeling suffocated with the heat of the room, that’s only time the receptionist came to our room to use the key to open the window wider. Other than that frustration, all other experience in this hotel is amazing!"

"We booked the family room for 4 to stay with our 2 small children. This was by far the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The room had two small twin-size beds and they converted a small sofa into a bed for the kids . The 3 beds took up most of the room. We did not have enough room to fit our bags in the room since we would not have been able to get to the beds. "This was the 3rd stop for the VY bus if you are coming from the airport. It came with free breakfast but we had a very early flight the next day so we were not able to do that but upon checking in, their employee offered us a boxed breakfast togo to take along with us when we leave in the morning which is why we gave them a 5 star. That was really good customer service, there were 4 of us so they gave us each a bag roght when we walked out in the AM, it was something simple, bread, butter, ham...

"Hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. We used the self check-in computers in the lobby which helped us skip the line upon arrival. System worked great. The hotel is located a bit further than we had originally anticipated but is definitely within walking distance."

"Die von uns gebuchte Zimmerkategorie bot ausreichend große und gemütliche Zimmer. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Raumkühlung: Es handelte sich hierbei – laut Rezeption – nicht um eine reguläre Klimaanlage. Die Temperatur ließ sich nur in 3-Grad-Schritten regulieren, wodurch eine feinere Abstimmung von Kühlung und Lautstärke leider nicht möglich war. Auch die gemeinsame große und dicke Bettdecke empfanden wir als zu warm. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielseitig und hielt für jeden Geschmack...

"Room was clean enough but had areas that needed dusting. General maintenance was good and facilities are well kept. Spa is good value and is a great bonus to the hotel. Great area, close enough to Oslo to make it an easy trip during the day. Alternative places to eat in the area are all 30 minutes or so away though. Views are incredible and make the overall stay more than worthwhile."
