"I did the booking for a room but when I arrived I noticed I was in a shared room with black curtains, so not good a privacy. Power electricity to charge phone depends on how long you keep turned on your own lamp. I had bad roommates who decided to turn off the lights for all the room and the air conditioning temperature. "This hotel is so comfortable to stay in when you are in downtown Jerusalem. It is opposite the central bus station & light rail. You can travel quickly to the Old City or to Mt Herzl The front desk staff are so helpful. I loved that Maria looked after me so well during the week I stayed there …..nothing was too much trouble for Maria to help me with …the breakfast manager & team are so helpful too …food is good "
