They did not pick up the phone or respond to my text whenever I arrived. A stranger had to let me in. The apartment right above was consistently loud until after 4 am on top of consistent stomping and screaming whenever they’re home. "I was good with everything except the food. While it was good, it was ridiculously expensive. I got quesadillas, no protein - charged full price. Chips & salsa was $14! A pint of Hagen Daz was $14!!! Also, the bartender I had was very unresponsive, I practically had to flag him down. While I will stay at the hotel again, I will not be a patron on their restaurant & bar."

"Staff could be more professional. They lied. I reserved a room since I had two rooms. I needed them next to or the same floor. I was told yes, and I was giving a room number to later find out my second room was on the 3rd floor. when I mentioned that I was giving a room number, the staff ignored me. I was on 229 the second room was supposed to be 230, instead it was on the 3rd floor. I asked for an extra blanket, I was told no. The staff were not so nice."

"Just pay the extra few dollars for a better hotel because the small savings isnt worth it. The room we received was just horrendous and the staff were so rude. We came down at 9 am and the staff couldn’t even get me some juice for breakfast. I had to almost beg for a cup of lukewarm water and I couldn’t even get some dang ice cubes. Just a horrible hotel and the employees were so unprofessional. The room was so dirty and they couldn’t even change the sheets, when you pay $80 I think the...
