"My room was lovely, very clean, and comfortable. The room overlooked the pool - I was at the center of everything. The staff was so helpful and kind, from the driver (Luis) they connected us with to the wait staff, cook, bartenders, maintenance, and a welcoming reception. The food was absolutely lovely, fresh, and the taste was amazing! We celebrated my son's 11th birthday there. I can't wait to return. My one regret was that I had zero time to enjoy the yoga classes. "Overall nice hotel, clean and friendly staff with a good bar and restaurant. Only thing that sucked was the hot water, it worked the first day and partially the 2nd , but my 3rd and 4th days there was no hot water at all in the shower! The pressure barely worked in the shower!"
