"The hotel is beautiful but a bit far from the airport. That could be a positive or a negative. Nonetheless, staff were very friendly and eager to assist. Raymundo was awesome at the pool bar. It is recommended that he get assistance for food orders and keep him at the bar. The private beach and pool were fantastic. Roberto was awesome and a superb waiter. "Quiet secure area convenient to the marina. The restaurants served excellent food and beverages at a reasonable price. The same music track played over and over until ten o’clock every night. The parakeet aviary was cute but noisy. Loved everything else."

"Las instalaciones te dan lo que necesitas para una estancia acorde al precio bajo que manejan, el personal es muy amable, el lugar está en una excelente ubicación muy cerca del malecón y también cerca de las playas más usuales para ir a nadar, también la playa del hotel es muy tranquila y bonita, su atardecer ahí se mira hermoso, lo único en lo que les hace falta mejorar es en la comida, ponerle un poquito más de amor, sus platillos podrían tener mejor sazón."
