"We had a wonderful stay at this spacious apartment with an ocean view. The view is absolutely spectacular and one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment is modern, new, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Overall, an excellent place to stay, we would happily return."

"The staff couldn’t have done more for us. We had such a mare when we arrived to San Pedro, leaving keys to our house back in the UK and having to book a last minute hotel. Thankfully we relaxed as soon as we stepped foot into Traíña. Reception staff were lovely. Allowed us to check in early, upgraded our room to a huge terrace, explained where everything was and how it all works. Made us laugh and feel so much better about our situation! "Totally disappointing stay. For a 5-star resort, it was awful. The outside pool was not in use, so only indoor pool. The lift had broken so you had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs to get there. The lake view requested was disgusting. It was full of green algae and half empty. Loads of noisy kids running around for hours too. The lobby areas were really tatty as well. The room had no storage, no biscuits for the tea and coffee and the TV didn't have any streaming options. I expect this from a 1 star but this was not adequate for 5 star."
