We were the only people staying at the hotel that night, and we were given the worst room by the street, noisy, and not that safe in my opinion. The bathroom got inundated with water every time we used the shower because the door did close properly. There were small black bugs like roaches on the floor including several on the bedsheets. The sink faucet did not shut off, same with the toilet water tank valve. We couldn't sleep as we hoped for. We will not stay again, that's for sure.

El hotel se encuentra muy cerca del centro, da el servicio de transporte al Chepe, el desayuno es bufet lo cual es variado, el internet es irregular ya que en mi caso la habitación estaba fuera del rango del módem.

Las habitaciones limpias, alberca excelente, el personal muy amable, solo que el bufet del desayuno se termina a las 10 de la mañana, son vacaciones, quería despertar tarde, las toallas d la habitación no las cambiaron y el servicio de limpieza de la habitación entró por la tarde pero buen servicio

Me hubiese gustado saber que contaban con transporte de la estación al hotel ya que a la llegada no tuvimos como llegar y todos los taxis estaban apartados. No recibí desde que reserve hace 6 meses ningún mensaje del hotel comunicando esto que hubiese hecho mi experiencia de llegada mucho más agradable. Tuvimos que pagar a un señor que nos llevara. Las instalaciones muy bonitas la habitación muy grande pero un poco descuidada la limpieza algunas telarañas y polvo. El personal un poco distante pero amable. El show del zorro te lo venden como algo espectacular y realmente el show lo hacen los comensales a quienes los obligan a pararse a bailar aunque no quieran y ya se encuentren a mitad de sus alimentos. El Zorro solo se dedica a decir unas pocas palabras pone a todo mundo a bailar y se despide creo que todos esperábamos mucho más. Las bebidas en la alberca son muy caras al igual que si pides una botella de agua para la habitación es carísima.
