"This was a last minute booking due to travel plans being changed by the conflict in the Middle east. This hotel provided a comfortable clean room for a very reasonable price. The staff were all very helpful. DO NOT USE THE CORNER SHOP OUTSIDE THE HOTEL! They were making up prices and taking advantage of tourists! The hotel garden backing onto the Nile river providing an amazing back drop, the pool area was on a floating platform. Tye restaurants were an all you can eat Buffet, Italian or a Chinese i eat in the buffet and the Chinese very nice."

"The hotel is old and somewhat disorganized and not that clean, the food is good and it has s good location. Please do not book any tours with them, they not only overcharge you and tell you everything will be perfect since they want good reviews but the truth is after you pay they never answer your messages, if they come to do the tours they are always late and for the hot air balloons me and my family woke up at 4 because it was supposed to be at 5 and no one from the hotel answer or the guy who I booked with yunis even pick up after 40 minutes to finally tell me it was canceled which was a lie because I found out balloons dud fly that day and he didn’t even book that just to make you buy a package that its not even reliable "

"The property is beautiful with lovely gardens and a little pool. The room could probably do with a bit of updating but for me it was fine for the price. There was a power cut both mornings I was there. Not sure how frequent this happened as I was only there 2 nights and was out all day on both days. Both times the power was back on within about 10/15 minutes and I wasn’t in the shower at the time so not too much of a problem. Shower was nice and hot. Location is great. It’s a 5 minute walk to both the local shops and the corniche where you can get a boat across the Nile to the east bank "

"A wonderful place to stay. The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything you need. The restaurant serves delicious food at very reasonable prices — I was never disappointed with a single meal. They also assisted me in organizing my day trips with a reliable and trustworthy guide, which made the experience even better. And as a bonus, they even have a very cute cat that adds to the charm of the place. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. 🐾"
