"Our opinion of the hotel is as follows: It's a good hotel because it's beautiful, clean, the breakfast is spectacular, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, organized, and comfortable, and they have good air conditioning and hot water. The transportation from the airport to the hotel was very good, punctual, and comfortable. The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent. In short, I recommend this hotel to other visitors to stay and enjoy their stay."

"Terrible experience: as soon as we got in we had to use the bathroom and unfortunately we didn't notice there was a big paddle of water due to a leaking water hose connected to the toilet and Guess what happened i slipped and fell on my back with legs split and my knee cut badly with the edge of the sink cabinet.... a small apology was presented however arguing that everything was inspected before arrival then we got switched to a smaller room however no compensation or sincere apology....the...

"This grand old dame was obviously a great hotel 80 years ago but it is run down, poorly maintained and super cheap with supplies. They only give you 2 bath towels, no hand towel or bath mat. 1/2 roll of toilet paper. I aske for additional towels for two days and none arrived. I finally met with the housekeeping manager and got an extra bath towel. The cleaning staff try but 90 years of very hard water has coated the bath with a thick layer of calcium.
