"It’s great value considering it’s closeness to the city plus large free car park.So useful to have coffee making facilities in the room plus an added bonus of not only a bathtub but also an hairdryer.Good selection for breakfast let down by luke warm scrambled egg.A special mention to the extremely cheerful lady on reception who actually remembered us from our January stay and greeted us with a beeming smile."

"Everyone is complaining about the air conditioning but it doesn’t seem like they’re doing anything about it. The location is great, good access to public transportation and shopping nearby. They should include a pressing iron/table in the rooms, provide colored trash bags for waste separation and paper cups in the gym. They should also let the online public know whenever the pool is out of access as is the case now. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT, include a WhatsApp number to be reached at check in, given how many complaints there’ve been about their machine check in process. Overall I got value for money."

"The hotel felt more like a 3-star property than a 4-star. On arrival, check-in was quick and efficient, which was a positive start. However, the room fell well below expectations. The bedroom floor was dirty and covered in hair, and the bathroom was in a poor state, with grime around the bath and stained walls. There were also numerous silverfish in the bedroom, which was completely unacceptable. The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or any facilities for making tea or coffee, which was disappointing for a hotel of this supposed standard. On the second day, I had to queue for over 30 minutes just to get a key card that wasn’t working. During my four-day stay, there appeared to be only one staff member at reception, which significantly impacted the level of customer service. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel."

"This place was awesome. My wife and I had a last minute flight change and booked this hotel before boarding on an international flight from the US to Barcelona. We got to the hotel a few hours before check in but the staff was very accommodating and were able to get us into our hotel room rather quickly as we ate breakfast. Front of staff, the breakfast people, everyone was so hospitable. 10/10 as far as experience. Our only issue was that it’s a bit removed from the downtown area (where all the fun is at) so it was a bit of a hassle at times to get around."
