"Lovely large clean room. Staff were pleasant Food excellent both for breakfast & dinner with lots of choices buffet style. This is a very nice hotel but in a few little places beginning to show ware."

"Trabajadores increíblemente amables Estancias muy limpias y correctas No se le le.puede pedir mas a un alojamiento de esa categoría... Mas aun, conozco muchos de bastantes estrellas, sucios en comparación Es equipo de limpieza es adorable El de recepción atentisimo.. Como única pega, que quizás las habitaciones no están muy insonorizada.. No se en verano, con estancias llenas, como resultará un vecin@ muy escandaloso... Pero eso ya es mas culpa de la educación del inquilino Muy a gusto los...

"We booked this hotel planning to spend time around the pool as depicted. There was no pool as it is being rebuilt. There is no warning of this whatsoever in the hotel description. The staff at breakfast were not at all helpful when ordering or simply asking for basics like milk. Sorry but this isn’t a quality hotel. "

"We had ants in our room where we needed to ask reception for spray to kill them, next day after returning to the room the room cleaning was done however still ants on the floor when we returned. Other than that we had no issues. - Staff majority very professional and friendly - manager in bar was slightly rude when I advised pizza we got served was cold almost froze and ask them to recook, he didn’t even speak just gave a dirty look grabbed the plate and left then sent someone else back down...

"Superior hotel far better than I could possibly have expected. With excellent staff, especially the very sweet ladies helping the karaoke along ( and other events like quiz night). There was one glaring exception: the night reception person (and yes, there is only one) who likes to argue at 5am in the morning and then blames me for arguing back. I asked for a second room card on the phone (I didn’t want to leave and find no one at the reception—an experience I’ve had before) and couldn’t find my...

"Room was spacious and clean. Hotel in a quiet location and the pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds. The breakfast was not good, hot food was cold, chipped plates and the tea was not nice. Hotel definitely better for the Spanish and no English entertainment as advertised."
