"Nice little boutique hotel away from the hustle, bustle and smog in convenient location. Hotel ticks all the boxes for us - free car park, free wifi with decent speed, clean, free simple breakfast with good variety, friendly and helpful staff. Only a few minutes easy walk to ferry terminal to go into Hamburg city - a good, cheap and convenient way of seeing the ports and harbour views. Love the little touches the hotel provided like free complimentary large sparkling bottle of mineral water and...

"Oberdeck is in a great location to explore Hamburg. It’s very close to transport, restaurants, and some great coffee. The apartment was compact but very clean and well equipped. The balcony is a great space. Our only issue was how hot it was upstairs in the bedroom even when it was cool downstairs and outside. A fan is supplied but it was still uncomfortable. The roof top deck is lovely. We would definitely stay again. "

"Elbinsel is a small hotel in which is convenient for the ferry into Hamburg city. The area is quiet."

"The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "
