"The bathroom was very small and the bathtub seemed to not refurbishing."

"No complaints about anything other than cleaning of the room. Day one... It was VERY obvious our room had not been cleaned. There were hairs and other disgusting things on the sheets. The tub had not been cleaned and the floor towel mat that was folded and hung over the side of the tub was sopping wet. We talked to the lady and the front desk and she was great, promptly taking care of the issues and very apologetic. Day two... beds were not made up. We did have clean towels and dry floor...

"The hotel was very dirty. Garbage cans overflowing outside. Moldy ac vent in the room. Garbage left in the room from previous tenants. cockroach in our bathroom. The sink had snot and toothpaste residue from previous tenants."

"This was really a big disappointment, as the hotel was under reconstruction and the swimming pool wasn't available, the room didn't have hot water / then did / then didn't, etc...."

"I took like 15 minutes for the water to get hot when I went to go shower, and there was no cable TV!! and the rooms were not very clean!"

"Bed was a bit stiff ' bathroom door to in the room was to close to the toliet cant sit down without hitting your knee on the door when closing the door. Back of the hotel near sitting bench shows signs of neglect with missing a trash can."

"It was fast check-in and check out. A staff was very courteous and helpful in pointing out a restaurant.I was looking for. The room is very spacious and clean. Did not take advantage of the continental breakfast. As I am a late sleeper. I would recommend this motel and I would stay in it again if I'm ever up in that area."

"Traveling with my elderly mother. They recognized the need for a first floor room, and were so accommodating to allow us an extension on our checkout she’s out when she woke up unwell and needed an extra hour in the morning. They were kind and not judgmental, and I greatly appreciated it. The hotel itself is new and very nice accommodations."

"The facilities are older, but the management is trying to do some updating and modernizing. Main thing is the rooms are clean plenty of space and comfortable. We did not use the pool, but it did look inviting and it was being used by others. The staff was helpful when looking for a place to eat, and the manager was super helpful getting us a one night refund as we needed to cut our stay short. I would recommend this place if you're looking for affordability and not picky about decor."

"The room and grounds were clean. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was going to fall apart any time you moved. The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room. Overall if your looking for a place to sleep and your passing by this place would be for you The bar and grill next door had good food"

"Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer."
