Bed was stained. Holes in walls. Looks like it's never been swept or vacuumed before. No breakfast as advertised. Pool was condemned and wasn't posted online. Very bad experience will NEVER recommend or stay again.

The staff, beds, and the ac are the only redeeming factors of this place. I rented 2 rooms for 3 friends and myself Friday-Sunday. In one room, the microwave didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, the soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work, food crumbs on the floor, and the water pressure from the shower was so weak I would’ve been better off trying to take a bath in the sink. The other room found a couple roaches in it on Saturday and got moved to another room later that day. The wifi overall is really spotty. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Staff is really nice and friendly. Place is also good. Please fix issue with the door cards stop working every other time and my room was far from the lobby too much walking again and again just to enter the room.

Very poorly maintained. Do not be fooled by the images of the hotel online. The hotel is pretty bad. Please do not even think of staying here. Avoid at all costs. Smells like a den of cigars lit. This has to be completely revamped or shut down.

Condemnation sticker on the door to the breakfast nook tells me everything about how much the owners care about appearance and customer service. They haven’t vacuumed common areas in weeks. Countless drywall damage and peeling paint throughout the building. Vending machines are empty because they are all broken. My bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth are 3 different shades of a beige/yellow hybrid. I might wait to shower until I get home instead of doing that here. Less than 25 miles from Chicago and only a few hundred feet from I 90, the surrounding area has all the dining, retail and recreation you want and need.

It was run down, dirty, and in complete disrepair. I have very realistic expectations for budget price hotels but I couldn’t even bring myself to take my shoes off or sit on the bed. We didn’t even stay the night that we pre-paid.
