"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel'. It has been renovated and everything was new and clean. We had a room with a terrace off the back that led to the pool. It was stunning! Deacon and Jason at the front desk were amazing and very accommodating! I’m already making reservations to come back in December!"

"Lovely clean room with balcony overlooking the pool. Restaurant food was very good and Roger was very helpful. Pool bar provided food by the pool site. Mixed fruit bowl was lovely and fresh."

"I like the fact that the hotel and the room were really clean, also the breakfast was really good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What I didn’t like was that they didn’t mentioned anything during my reservation about a $5 per day fee for parking plus tax. Also, we were traveling with a boat and they called our room to tell us that we couldn’t park them attached, that we had to detach the boat from the truck and park it next to the truck because it was taking space that could be used for someone to park but it didn’t make any sense because we were still using the same space but in a different position. We had asked an employee when we got there if the truck and the boat were fine were we parked them and he said it was ok. The whole thing didn’t make any sense but we complied. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, I could feel the coils on my back. There’s no usb connections anywhere in the room so bring a box. The shower and toilet situation is weird and if you’re like me that I get up to pee in the middle of the night you can’t turn the light on to use the toilet because you will wake the person that is with you unless you are traveling solo but other than that we really enjoyed our stay."

"I LOVE this hotel and it is my go-to in St Pete. The lovely staff upgraded my room (due to my birthday), left a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge and gave me a coupon for an appetizer at their restaurant. It was one of the warmest welcomes I have ever received and the hotel has charming decor, excellent front desk staff, and easy location to find and park at. 10 Stars!!!"

"Everything else about my stay at the hotel was completely OK. The room and service were fine, but I am very unhappy with their unfair billing policy.At check-in, the front desk told me they were going to fully charge my card $150 instead of doing a standard temporary hold. Taking the money completely out of my account instead of just putting a pending hold on it is a terrible system. It ties up funds unnecessarily.While the rest of the stay was fine, this financial policy is very inconvenient. The hotel needs to use normal authorization holds like almost every other hotel does. Thanks"
