"Recep was very kind to email for confirmation a few days before the stay so that a ground floor room could be assigned, thereby not requiring to climb and carry luggage up the stairs (no lifts). Check in process was smooth, with the recep sharing some recommendations with a map of Warrnambool. Free on-site parking. Has ironing board. Would recommend."

"Rooms are not serviced on Sunday and public holidays which we were not told until check in, however, our room was not serviced at all during our stay (Fri-Mon). We had to go to reception to request fresh towels. No option other than full cream milk. Not enough parking on premises."

"Was impressed on the size and updated kitchen, living area. Only let down was the old bathroom. Also apparently won't let guests smoke outside, need to exit the whole park!"

None of them have made a greater effort to make me comfortable than City Heart, admittedly a modest, affordable 16 room place in Warrnambool. The bed was super comfortable, when you turned on the hot water, you got hot water and —— wait for it —— the T.P. was actually soft, almost plush!"
