When we arrived, the kitchen had garbage and opened food in the cabinets from previous guests, and we found ants crawling in it. The main appeal of this place for my wife and I was the fact that there would be a full kitchen, thinking we would be able to save money by cooking our meals instead of eating out every night. The first time we turned the oven on, we could smell grease burning inside, so we ended up not using it for the rest of our stay.

"The lodge is a beautiful hidden gem! Rooms are very nice and clean. The view from the window is amazing, and you can go down and sit outside to enjoy that view of the mountains even more.
