"Although far from the airport and port, the Uber rides were reasonable and worth being farther out for a better hotel and a quieter area. The hotel was clean, staff excellent, and we completely enjoyed the pool. Would highly recommend. "

"Note: Self-service check-in. Check email/Expedia for pre- check-in info, including mandatory security deposit. Rooms ("tiny houses") are clean, spacious, well stocked for in-home cook/dine (no chopsticks though), and immersed in nature. Gardens have koi, parrots, fish, and a friendly cat. Very quiet; no events or classes hosted during our stay. HOWEVER, management is horrible. They rent out these houses on 2 websites, don't check for accidental double booking, provided us check-in information...

"Horrible place. The worst “hotel” I have ever seen. The place is nasty. I checked in at 6am after being up over 24 hours and when I went in the room, the bed was disgusting. It was full of yellow stains. I couldn’t even take a nap. Called and they said housekeeping wouldn’t come for HOURS. Tried to get a refund the same day cause I did not stay and they refused. "i liked getting emails from staff daily iris? not sure of name very personable, and greeted us and did a room change asap (wanted two beds). gym and pool great and refreshing. Evening supervisor helped me problem solve reservation issues very patiently. i will choose this chain again due to this kindness. better than higher end resort staff. Room was very clean and quiet and easy access to streaming services"

"The rooms are very spacious, although they could use an update. I loved the location overlooking the water and watching the sunset on the screened in balcony. The pool and patio area was excellent with several things to do and lots of sunny and shady space to relax. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, the place is great, I would go back. "

"Old and dingy. We checked in before the majority of ppl and we were given the room furthest in the back that was old and musky. When we walked through the hotel late night, there were plenty of better available rooms available in the front and poolside. Breakfast was ok, cheap but worked for a day. Management wasn’t friendly and make sure you collect your ID after checking in."
