There was a lot of people in the dining room and there was not enough food or seating. Everything was empty and the apple juice was very weak. Nothing was being brought out to keep up for everyone. Both days were the same. So we had to settle paying for breakfast elsewhere which was very disappointing! "

"I booked this hotel because it was close to the Port of Miami. The location of the hotel is fantastic. I truly feel a lot safer when the main lobby isn’t on street level. The bar located in the hotel has the best bartender"

"What a joke of a hotel. Motel 6 would be better quality. I literally got a room with a bed…THATS IT! No chair to sit it to eat at…when I asked for a room with a chair they said no. NEVER again will I stay at this location. BEWARE! Staff was no help and even ignored me when I asked if they could just roll in a chair or small couch."
