"Awesome stay and friendly staff"

"I was fortunate to stay at ROOST White House the 2nd day after the White House location had opened. The experience was entirely positive.The front desk staff was extremely friendly and assisted me with car parking via underground garage and directions to the room. The room itself was a 1 BR suite with kitchen / living area, large bathroom with walk-in shower, and a good sized bedroom. All furnishings were brand new and high-end. The kitchen was well equipped, and suitable for a multi-week stay....

"If you are looking for a true 5 star hotel, this Four Seasons property is what you are looking for. Staff was the best. Hotel was clean & quiet. Even the door guys were top notch. I’ll definitely be going back"

"Although the hotel was very nice, the staff was the best part for our experience there. They were always there with excellent advice and help. Place is a bit pricey, but it was very comfortable and had some nice extras in the room like fruit sparkling water, etc. Be careful with the alcohol fridge, as if you only take out one to look at, it be charged to your account. The cost of a little wine bottle is 30 dollars. We made that mistake, but the staff quickly adjusted our bill."
