"The staff has been excellent! I've been here for about 2 weeks and have interacted with them everyday. The outside of the hotel in good condition but has some simple repair needs. The inside of the room however is pristine!"

"The air conditioner never stopped so it was freezing and we could not adjust it. We asked for extra blankets and they said no. The pull and hot tub were great and i everything was clean! Breakfast was very slim"

"Everything was super nice. The front desk was always there and helpful. We only had one complaint. Breakfast?? We thought it was free breakfast? Still not sure. We came down and ate one day and didn't pay. Second day they came around and charged us. Everything was cold. You don't mind paying so much if it's good. It should be handled differently if it isn't included. The person asking for you to pay was more interested in getting us to pay than filling and keeping breakfast full and making sure we new how it worked"
