"The bathroom needs work, the floor had dirt in all of the corners the mop didn't reach. Some good old scrubbing can fix that. The room had a stale smell, the bed was okay. I noticed the first night the hot water was not in the sink. So I washed my face with cold water."

"The hotel is close to the I15. They allow dogs but the charge for a dog for a single night is atrocious at $100. We travel frequently with our dog and we often stay at Residence Inns. The usual fee is $25, up to $50, on the high end. I've never seen anything higher than $60, so $100, in our experience, is unheard of. We would have walked away but we'd already paid the non-refundable reservation as we were driving to Helena. We should have dug deeper to see the pet fee. Lesson learned! Our one...
