"Breakfast was store-bought fare, which we microwaved ourselves. Nothing fresh. Parking was not included. The bathroom had no hooks or rod to dry towels on.The room was 82 degrees, but the AC was not working. We were told it was against Minnesota law to run AC before summer, which isn't true. There was a fire underneath the building, which knocked out power for at least several hours. We checked out 3 days early due to the fire (by the way, no emergency lights in the stairwell). Yet, The Chambers refused a full refund, claimed the power interruption was minor (it wasn't), and only refunded half of one night. Apparently we were expected to stay in a hotel which was literally under firefighter care. Ridiculous. DO NOT STAY AT THE CHAMBERS!"
