"The room was spacious and immaculate. The food was delicious. The grounds and all well maintained. My only complaint is the beds are hard. At 1 AM, I took the quilt out of the duvet cover and laid it on top of the bottom sheet to help pad the mattress. It wasn't great but it was much better. But everything else was stellar."

"Definitely not sound proof rooms. I could hear the neighboring rooms entire conversations, snoring, and even getting up to use the restroom. You hear every footstep and door shut on the same hallway, especially when room service is doing their rounds. The doors do not shut quietly. Sleeping in is not an option. "We had the worst hotel experience of our lives.
First of all, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was so overwhelming that it got into our clothes and even lingered on our bodies.
The most unacceptable part was that I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived, we were told that all the two-bed rooms were gone and were given a room with only one king bed instead.
Overall, it was a terrible experience. After this stay, I have decided that I will never book...
