"We liked the fully automated hotel however we didn’t know we had to confirm everything before checking in which we were doing in the lobby after somebody let us in. The coffee pods were appreciated, storage lockers were extremely appreciated!. The elevator was nice because I arrived in a wheelchair. Sometimes in the elevator, the codes were a little bit finicky, but eventually worked. The room was very nice"

"Her har man prøvd å tilrettelegge for gjestene.

"The clean room and balcony were great, though the table could have been taller for outdoor dining.
Check-in was a pain, especially since the required information required email access, and there was no staff. Asking to enter passport details in view of everyone in the lobby, with no privacy, is not ideal."

"Although the host is helpful and accommodated my early check in request. The apartment didn’t had a control for the AC and if there was any we didn’t feel it and the apartment was hot. The parking was shared and the other guest waked us up at 6:30 am so we could move the car. The apartment floors had a type of oily substance that smelled like dog pee/chemical/old sweat (could tell the difference) and was dangerous with my slippers-I slide twice. So I needed to walk on my tennis shoes all time we...
