The hotel is in easy walking distance of the pedestrian ways in the city enter, albeit uphill. Of course, that means it is downhill back to the hotel.😄"

Great location to rent a car and walk from the airport to. Easy. Great stay for an airport transition to or from Heraklion. Quiet room despite being next to airport. "

"The room was lovely and clean and the bed was fantastic. The staff are amazing and attentive and are happy to help make the stay feel welcoming. The ourdoor area is top notch, comfortable seats and lots of space to relax in the sun. The hotel is not far from all the areas youll want to go and plenty of taxis or car hiring as well. Our only complaints are, we had repeating trouble with the wifi which would shut down and stop working regularly, on one of our nights the lights in our room turned on while we were sleeping and would not turn off. It was also quite noisy but not enough to cause us to lose any sleep. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel as a go to spot and we are considering returning next year."

"Room is extremely clean and spacious and you have big balcony. Kitchen facilities are well equipped nespresso coffee machine is in the room too. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Location wise is not that great if you wish to stay in the central area this is ideal however the. Bus stop is nearby and Two big local supermarkets are walking distance. "

"Lovely spacious soundproofed, room with a small balcony and air conditioning. Shower was fab. The pool is unheated unfortunately but still refreshing. The pool area was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were all very helpful."

"The property is advertised as a 4 star probably based on the amenities however it’s a 3 star at the most based on UK STANDARDS. The food is limited for vegetarians apart from the array of salads and possibly 4 vegetarian main options. Foods are not not always labelled. However the chef is accommodating if given pre-notice. Rooms needs a revamp, common areas are not cleaned, sun bed are not cleaned daily."
