"Very clean, excellent food at the restaurant and excellent service."

"The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty."

"we stayed at this location because it was new and close by. The room we got was in poor shape out of three lamps one worked and one had no bulb and the other was shorting out. When we used the roll in shower the drain was so slow it flooded the bathroom so i used all of our towels to dry it up and more. the chrome shower bars had a lot of rust on them . When i called to see if they had my reservation they could not find it but it showed up later on they were going to charge me for my support...

"Paid for 2 queen beds, had 2 full size. Room and bathroom much smaller than they look in the pictures. Breakfast was poor. Based on other stays at other hotels the last 3 years we paid double the value. Had it been advertised more closely to reality it would have been fine, but it definitely did not meet the expectations."

Our room appeared to have been renovated already but smelled like bug spray. The refrigerator was warm. "My room was very clean. I have not found any bugs in the room nor is there a harsh smell in the room. The area where the Belmont Inn and Suites is located is very very quiet. "We stayed from Friday to Wednesday and our room was never cleaned. The front desk was helpful in providing clean towels and plastic bags for trash and explained they were low on staff. The team at Burger Theory: Cece and staff were great!"
