"This hotel has a great vibe and the staff was amazing! We went downstairs to the Singing Tiger and enjoyed Dan Dan noodles and pork belly buns and had exceptional customer service from the bartender:) it reminded us of a speakeasy because it was an unmarked and had dim lighting. The decor throughout the property was eclectic, with a bohemian vibe and very visually pleasing."

"Check in was smooth. The staff was friendly. Valet area is very small. Our room was small but clean. Counter space seemed a little small in the bathroom. The bar/restaurant served great food and drinks. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. My only issue was the exterior garden lighting lit up our room quite a bit making sleep a little difficult for me. Check out was smooth and easy. All in all we had a great stay and would stay here again."

"This place is cool. Obviously an older remodeled building and well done. Location was amazing. The breakfast was awesome. Lots of really yummy options and fresh. There was a chef making things during the breakfast."

"I would recommend this hotel. It was in a good location (walkable to Mall and union station) and reasonably priced. Did have a problem with bed: all beds are foldable and one of the two wouldn’t go down. Maintenance responded pretty quickly but couldn’t fix. We had to move to another room. Fine, these things happen, but I was surprised there was little effort to apologize or compensate for the inconvenience."
