"The breakfast was normal standard, the room was too small, small shops nearby. No gym, one has to go to Virginia active to pay money for the gym. It could have been better if the hotel was taking in charge as it is with Protea Ice and Fire"

"It is a good property, ask for the higher floors away from the main rise to avoid noise from Taxis. The staff were courteous though we experienced a challenge. The front desk manager refused to honor the breakfast rate on Expedia and claimed that Expedia falsely advertised. He instead wanted to charge us double. Showers are abit dated but functional, the rooms are good and the beds comfy."

"We were welcomed at the gate and taken to the reception desk by one of their very helpful & friendly employees. We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us. We were escorted to our room shortly after and given a brief walkthrough to show us how everything worked, which keys are for which door, etc. There is a booklet...

"Floors need attention on corridors. Tap in the toilet sink could be reconfigured to be at a lower height. Bed very comfortable, TV absolutely stunning. "
