The only glitch was retrieving keys/cards from corner shop...its awfully unorganised and just a mess to search through. I figured it out, but im sure there are many who struggle. Im surprised there isn't another organised, designated area to collect them..like Circle on Cavill Hotels do."

"Clean modern unit with kitchenette One of the few places you can have a descent coffee with the French press and coffee supplied . Handy to tram station shopps and restaurants, try nearby,Homemade Thai restaurant for genuine good Thai food. Staff were friendly , welcoming and efficient. Happy to stay at Quest Southport again."

"The location was excellent, the room was absolutely perfect and the staff were superb. We were very fortunate to be on level 8 to enjoy a beautiful sunrise every morning. Added to all that, the secure, underground car park was also spot on. The local shopping centre was an easy flat walk away."

"Highly recommended - the staff were very friendly, and everything was great. Excellent room, comfortable bed. Room service food was really tasty. Water pressure in the shower was not the best but was really the only issue we had. Breakfast was very busy on Sunday but was quieter and great on the Monday. Would definitely come back again."
