"I will never stay here again. Due to a family emergency, I had to check out at 3:16 AM, a full day early. I was still charged the total $623.75, and management refused a refund because I booked through Hotels.com. I would have been satisfied with a credit or voucher for a future stay, but they chose to keep my money for a night I didn't even use. Zero flexibility and zero compassion. Stay elsewhere."

"Great rooms quiet, and location. Parking rates in the suburbs are ridiculous and more cable channels for the rates shouldn't be a problem."

"The hotel was clean, front desk staff excellent service. However, housekeeping didn't supply clean towels and face cloth nor was the room cleaned the next day unless you called the front desk to ask for that service. "

"This is my second time staying at the hotel and I enjoyed it every time. The facility is absolutely kept clean. I feel like I have seen workers cleaning every hour 24/7, at least that’s how clean it is kept. The food tastes amazing. My only reason for ranking the amenities a three is because the menu is a small selection and there aren’t a lot of things to do in the hotel specifically. There is a pool and lounge area, but I didn’t use either. I did use the gym and the laundry facility and those were clean and I felt safe. Overall, outstanding hotel and staff. "

"No gluten free options on things like bagels, toast, cereal... for breakfast. And the market is ridiculously overpriced - $6 for a bottle of Dr. Pepper? There's letters stuck up in the elevators indicating they only clean your room every other day - that should have been shown in the listing or when we checked in. It didn't effect us since we only stayed one night and I didnt see that as a really big deal, but others might. The bathroom walls looked "damaged" and poorly repaired and the thermostat wouldn't go below 67 so the A/C kicked on and off all night- waking us when it did. We probably won't do back. "
