"The bathroom floor was not clean it was dirty and sticky. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was not that great, I expected more options. Compared to other hotel breakfast I felt the options were less for vegiterians."

"Th air conditioner didn’t work and spent the weekend in an 80 degree room. Maintenance came and after an hour working on it they said the motor was bad. I’ve been trying to contact the front desk all day but that seems to be impossible. I will never stay here again. I’ll go back to my normal hotel in ATL the Hilton Inn. "

"The staff is friendly, sympathetic, and accommodating. The hotel offers amazing shuttle service in demand that takes visitors from Conference Center to any point in a mile radius / Emory campus and medical facilities. Food at the restaurants is great, spaces are comfortable and thoughtful with plugs and WiFi, and rooms are modern and well laid out. The outdoor spaces are very zen, an oasis in an urban setting. Best option if visiting Emory. Best option "

"The sink did not have a mesh cover over the drainpipe hole, so when my earring fell in, it could not be recovered. When I shone a light into drain hole, I saw there was a straw and something else stuck there as well"

"Only have 2 suggestions: the toilet paper does not match the quality of this hotel, in room dining ( breakfast) needs work. It should not state that in room dining starts at 6:30. They are never ready for delivery of breakfast at that hour. It is a negotiation as to when they will deliver it. And at that point, it is still late. Kind of a problem when you have to be somewhere early. "

"The noise from the lounge was very loud until very late at night. They provide a white noise machine and ear plugs in the room, so they know it’s a problem. "
