"Very nice installation well maintained and clean. Rooms have good size. A must visit the bakey recommended by hotel.
The self check-in is easy however you must contact in advance as there's no reception staff. The pool/resto is in front and very nice.
Only point is some information on web page is not accurate as washer/dryer has a fee and the use of pool installation is free access but use of chair can have a charge."
"We thought they would be serving dinner every night but there was no chef! So no Dinner service. Good A/C. Breakfast buffet was great, bartender made sandwiches and salads at lunch time. Be prepared to drive windy dark roads at night to find restaurants, 10-20 minutes away. Also we were charged additional fees for early checkin and late checkout, I found this to be excessive. We found their local white wine is not very good (buttery, and perfumy)"
"Per chi viaggia in auto c’è un parcheggio a pagamento a 200 metri dalla struttura situata in pieno centro storico di Volterra in mezzo a ristoranti e negozi. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La camera è pulita e sufficientemente spaziosa e silenziosa. La struttura è situata su più livelli (non ha ascensore ma il titolare ci ha gentilmente fatto trovare i bagagli in camera) ed ha un delizioso bar in cima ad una “rupe” da cui si gode un bel panorama del centro. La colazione a buffet...
