"Stayed there for a night after visiting Werribee Safari. It is very conveniently located near the town for food and groceries. Our standard trip room came with 3 single beds and a long study desk and 3 chairs. It was perfect and we could all have our own space. Owner was really friendly. Room was clean and i loved the fact i can just unload my baggage in front of the room. Highly recommend."

"We arrived at 4:30pm and the lady, Renee, at reception told us that we had enough time to make it to the complimentary wine tasting at Shadowfax. It was 5 minute walk. We completed check-in and walked quickly over to the wine tasting. We expected them to turn us down or act like they didn’t want to serve us. The gentleman who led the wine tasting was so accommodating and didn’t treat us like we were running in last second. For that, we did buy a bottle when we probably wouldn’t have otherwise....

"Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a one night stay. The attached club did a great dinner. Mostly quiet except for was the nearby train that came through randomly, but ear plugs fixed that. Off street parking out front under flood light but not secured from the street. Nearby IGA supermarket was handy for a couple of purchases. Easy check in and out."

"It was the perfect spot for a one night stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. We got really late and they were waiting for us, even though the restaurant was closed they let us eat there the food we ordered from Uber eats. Room was comfortable and clean."

"The kitchen was serviceable and had adequate cooking equipment although a salad bowl and microwave containers would have been useful. A carport was provided but was too narrow for a large 4WD."

"Room was clean enough except for the spa bath which was filthy, and mould in the shower. I booked a 'king bed with sofa bed' - no linen for the sofa bed. When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery -...

"The website advertising is quite misleading, giving no clear explanation of what is on offer - indicates you have access to, and sole residency of, the entire house. "The staff are lovely and check in is quick and efficient. We have stayed 3 times as a family for our yearly conventions and always book a well appointed 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Kitchenette with dishwasher and basic utensils/tools for cooking. Full size fridge. Full size shampoo/conditioner & bodywash in showers. Beds are big and comfy. Secure basement parking is an additional cost but not expensive. If you need additional towels, dishwashing powder ect.. the staff there are happy...
