"On Saturday at 2 in the afternoon we were told we would be moved to a different location. Which is late notice but understandable due to a broken bed. However once we arrived at the new location we were appalled. Initially the front door had been kicked in. "I had a wonderful stay here! The room was exceptionally clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep things comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I also loved the breakfast—plenty of great options to start the day. "The hotel is solid, well-located and a bit ordinary. Breakfast is a bit meh. BUT - we were travelling with a wheelchair and the place is wonderfully accessible and the hotel staff super helpful.
