"I paid for a balcony room.. after gets bags to the room we had to go back down to the desk and get a second room, they didn’t put us in an balcony initially. The patio door would hardly open. I couldn’t get it to lock at night, it was almost impossible to open and close. The lock to the entry of the hotel room was falling apart. I couldn’t get the deadbolt to lock without messing with the metal plate around it because it was falling off. The room definitely needs updating as far as functionality. I’ve always enjoyed staying at this hotel but this trip was rough."
