Simplemente mal, llegué al hotel y me dijeron que ya no trabajan con uds. Por lo tanto, mi reservación no fue aceptado o respetado, y ya no pude hospedarme en otro lugar por alta demanda en Ensenada, así que tuve que viajar hasta Tijuana más de dos horas, quise comunicarme a soporte con uds. pero nunca recibí respuesta.

It has been the worst experience with hotels.com. i arrived to the hotel and not even that ibook on advance time they told me that they were full in advance and did not have room available for me. Whats the idea if they did have my information and reservation order. For me? Its very irresponsable and not serious from the hotel and the hotels.com

Mala experiencia en OYO HOTEL COCO BEACH ENSENADA

Mi experiencia fue extradamente mala, con reservacion en mano hecha ppredio de Internet al llegar a recepción no me dieron el servicio aduciendo que no tenían espacio y que la empresa en la que hice la reservacion no estaba coordinada con ellos para saber si había habitaciones disponibles y que por lo tanto no me podían dar el cuarto que había reservado, al preguntarles con quien debía arreglar dicho inconveniente me dijeron que lo tenía que hacer con la presa que hice la reservacion, me dijeron que ellos me podrían proporcionar otra habitación más grande con un precio con una diferencia de 3 veces más alto al q yo había reservado el cual no acepte y me retire del lugar, ya hice mi reclamo y estoy en espera de que se me resuelva

Nothing, this place is a scamm, they offer rooms and when you get there they said that they don't have that room any more so they get you a bigger one for doble the price and the picture aren't actual of how the rooms look like. I would not paid for those rooms what they rent them for. They have hot water either or fan or A/C

The bedrooms are way different than the ones showed . They are taken with and fish eye lense , so they also look a lot bigger . It was really chep to stay there but i would have paid twice to stay in abetter place .

Charged twice for the same room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room was okay, it was cold no heater. Also during the night the ceiling and windows had water drops and in the morning one of the blankets was wet. Also I paid thru the Hotels.com app and when I got to the hotel they made me pay again because the person who checked me in did not know how to operate the computer. The next morning the person manning the front desk said that her computer showed that my card was charged but did not have the authority to return the cash money that I had to pay. Trying to get a refund from this place has been a challenge because no one has authority to issue the refund except the owner and he is no where to be found. I kept getting the run a round. I contacted Hotels.com and they have not been successful getting a response from this place. I am now going thru my credit card company to try to get a refund. The only thing good is that I did get a receipt. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!

The most bad place to be

The most uncomfortable place to be , the shower broke cause all installations are old and they don’t give me my money back and they put me out the hotel cause they was sold out so I was hunting a hotel all night
