As we are a downtown hotel, and bars and shops are our neighbours, some noise is expected, but we guess that the experience you had was way too bad, we are sorry for that. Beds and room was clean. You can smell the cleanliness everyday and they always asked if we needed room service. Only thing, no microwave or fridge in the room. They had a fridge in the lobby and a drink vending machine.

Disappointing
For what you paid is what you get, rooms were cool, no heater... just 1 sheet an cover for bed, no to many towels, packing is too small... there's a lot of noise and the employees don't wear facemasks....

We're very sorry that you had a disappointing experience with us. Indeed we are not a luxury hotel but we make the necessary efforts to make you feel comfortable with what we offer. We are placed in downtown, within the tourist district, so we are surrounded by several kinds of business. Some noise might be expected, again, we are very sorry that it wasn't what you expected. About the facemasks we'll talk with our staff about being strictly carefull with that. Thanks for reporting it and for your feedback.

Overnight trip.
Went to Ensenada for shopping and food. This hotel is very economical and in the middle of the tourist area, shops.
