"In our times we are gone digital, except for the tips... I saw at some hotels a card with a QR code from a housekeeper, and that would allow to leave a tip - would be nice if you could adopt this"

"I really enjoyed my stay. It felt upscale but still affordable. Only issues were that the room was cold even though I took the air off, maybe it was user error but I couldn’t turn on the heat or it wasn’t an option and I had a beautiful city view but the windows only had blackout shades so I kept them down most of the time; I would’ve like privacy shades so I could get the natural light in the room without totally being seen to those on the street."

"Beautiful property, with spa, gym, and seasonal outdoor pool. Rooftop Japanese fusion bar/restaurant and lobby bar with afternoon tea service and cafe. Didn’t get a chance to try 2nd floor breakfast but it was in a nice airy space. Room service is the same high quality as the food in the lobby. Would definitely stay again! "
