"The rooms were spotless, there were plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable, and the sheets were very soft. We also had our dog with us. We paid the pet fee and we’re put into a regular room on third floor with carpet!!!! This is very unusual. We are usually put in a room with tile floor, on the first floor, by the side door, which is generally the noisiest place in the hotel. We would definitely stay at La Quinta again!"

"The property looks nicer ce on the outside. Clean and up to date. The inside needs some upgrades. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good washer pressure. It just needs updated."

"Beautiful Inn building. Amazing outdoor space in beautiful rural setting, beautiful patio with comfy chairs including glider, firepit, beautiful tall trees, pool, fun chicken coop with glider chair to sit and watch the chickens. Very spacious sleeping room, wonderful comfy bed, blankets, bedding. Gorgeous bathroom. Very friendly host Tim, delicious breakfast. I enjoyed my Vacation here at Vine Inn B&B very much!"

"The staff at the front desk during the day were not able to take care of requests. I had a used coffee in my room, only one cup for 4 people. I asked for more coffee 3 times and did not receive it. The gentleman working at night took care of it in 5 minutes. The room also was nevwr cleaned or serviced for 3 days. The gym was amazing for a hotel gym, the pool was nice and so was the restaurant. For the price it was not worth it."

"My stay was three days long and I never received a working room key, I had to get let in by the staff. They were nice and tried hard, but could not make it happen. The microwave didn’t work in the bare kitchen. The only breakfast that was left early in the morning was a couple dried up pieces of egg (which could not be microwaved) and nothing more. The only good thing about this hotel was the fact that it was so close to Toledo express Airport. Lesson learned."

"TV doesn’t work, pool not open, ice machine was broken, broken elevator, rooms smell bad. Breakfast was not good either, I wouldn’t recommend staying here or stopping overnight."

"Very clean. If you like good customer service, you will not get it here, in my experience. In fact, an AI Robot will most likely replace front desk staff in the next 5 years, putting them out of a job they really don't like anyway."

"Terrible. Everything about this place sucked. Tv didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Toilet was clogged. Black hairs in shower and sink. Drilling at 5 a.m. Horribly located. Can’t warn everyone to avoid this place like the plague."
