"Very good location, and transport, easy access to all destinations in Vienna . Very helpful and friendly staff, and service. Only was very unusual , they clean room after 2 ( second) night. All fine , but rubbish needs to be collected every day and supply hot drinks. "

"Even though there was no reception, it was easy to access the building and the room. Great location close to the palace in a very nice neighborhood. It was about 5 mins away from the station. The room was larger I was expecting. Didn't use the kitchen but all the utensils to cook were present. It. We would definitely book it next time we visit Vienna. "

"Location was excellent. This hotel is not by any means a 4 star. It’s a shady two star at best. Carpets in the hotel are old and discoloured. Walls are not painted. Our room 514 had an attic shaped roof where we could not stand up straight in the room or you would hit your head on the roof. kettle is the room was so old and dirty we did not use it. Won’t recommend and won’t stay there again"

"We spent 4 nights in a very spacious apartment that had everything we needed. There was a laundry room available for free and Christian our host provided all the information we needed as first time visitors to Austria. Train and Tram were a simple 3 min walk. Overall great experience!"
