"Bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad würde ich die Unterkunft aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern eher nicht empfehlen. Ansonsten sind die Apartments sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Leider hatten wir in unserem Zimmer im 1. Stock ein Problem mit vielen Ameisen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das uns sofort und unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer angeboten hat. "I have been staying at Arcotel Donauzentrum for many years. On this stay I had two comments/complaints. The wi-fi was really spotty in my room. I have never had that issue before. It meant when I was in the room I had to be near the door. I have never had that issue before. I almost found the air conditioning to be a bit inadequate when I wanted it a bit colder."

The staff at the front desk were helpful and gave great directions to us. We would 100% stay here again when visiting Vienna."

"Zoku was in a great location for this trip to Vienna. It's close to the Messe, university and the U-bahn. The room is cleverly designed with a nice kitchen (including a small dishwasher) and lots of storage space. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing. The hotel is well thought out.
