Fab breakfast on day one but gradually declined each day. Only little things, but no menemen and then no bread suitable for toast.

Large, well appointed room. Good bathroom with decent shower. Good breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. Good central location, but away from major street noise. Private parking. While the exterior sound proofing was good, there was a bit of noise from above, particularly when the occupants seemed to constantly drag the furniture around on the hard floors. First time staying at this hotel and everything was as described on the hotels.com Very clean, spacious and nicely decorated room. Breakfast was superb and spoiled by the choices. Staffs were very polite and helpful. Definitely will be back again.

We had an exceptional stay at this family run hotel, it was perfect. The family are so nice and friendly. We had a suite room with jacuzzi, which was great. All amenities were provided and it was very comfortable. I would say this is most likely the best, welcoming place to stay in the area.

Hotel was almost brand new condition! I did stay this hotel with my boys for ski holiday in Erzurum Palandöken.. staff's was very friendly especially at breakfast cheff and waiters. My boys asked cheese toast at breakfast because they are very pickey,they don't eat every food! Breakfast cheff did it very specially! Highly recommended!
