"Here’s a shorter, more upbeat Expedia version that still gives a useful warning:
We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were wonderful—friendly, welcoming and helpful—and our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable.
The only downside was parking. The nearby parkade was consistently full, and finding parking in the area was quite difficult, especially with luggage. I would definitely recommend staying here without a car if possible.
We also received a message from Expedia saying our check-in...

"Beautiful hotel made even better because of the staff. Sarah was just so lovely and Fani's homemade baking items at breakfast were totally outstanding. Lovely room, great plunge pool on the top floor and great amenities to go with that. The air conditioning was also great - thank goodness. Sometimes you have such a good experience with people that it makes your holiday. The staff did that for us. We will be back."
