"This hotel is the nicest place to stay in Escalante, there isn't much to the city. Rooms are nice and spacious and clean. Highly recommend eating at Escalante Outfitters and Burr Trail Grill for lunch or dinner. The hotel is advertised as having a restaurant onsite serving American cuisine. The restaurant had not opened yet when we checked in due to being behind schedule. The hot tub looked like it needed some love and a good cleaning, but the pool looked nice and clean!"

"My husband and I stayed in the Birch yurt for three nights during a three week national parks and monuments tour. Jan and Scott have created an incredibly special place. We didn't expect to find a five star YURT! They have thought of everything. The sheets on the bed were so soft that I tried to find the tag to order them for home.
